Joining Oneiro Lifecare as a Graduate Trainee in the Analytical Development Laboratory has been an exciting start to my professional journey. The opportunity has allowed me to apply my academic learning in a practical pharmaceutical environment while developing new technical skills every day.
Working in the ADL has given me my first real exposure to analytical testing, method development, validation and laboratory operations. Every day brings new learning experiences that strengthen my technical knowledge and build my confidence.
